Self-parking is included in Greensprings Vacation Resort’s daily resort fee.

Yes, Guests will pay a daily resort fee of $25.00 plus tax. The resort fee includes table tennis access, foos ball access, putt-putt (mini golf) access, Activities, BBQ grill(s) access, basketball court access, puzzle and board game access, business center access, fitness center access, hot tub access, local/toll-free calls, playground access, pool access, self-parking, tennis court access, volleyball court access and shuffleboard access.

A credit card for a $200 security deposit will also be required.

Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

All Guest Suites at Greensprings Vacation Resort are non-smoking. Smoking productsa of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are prohibited. Guests will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside Guest Suites.

Renovations may take place throughout the year because of our ongoing improvement program. While we try to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbances.
